3. Battery leads ripped when the wrong
   person decides to change the battery:
   The Secure Mount Security key restricts access to
   the battery panel on the Nellcor units, allowing only the keyholder to make the change.
   
   
4. You can’t seem to find a place for that second probe on your Welch-Allyn Thermometer:
